Since Jan. 2019, I have been working for Valstar Simonis in the position of Electrical Engineering Project Manager. With over 17 years of experience with various consultants in the industry, I can call myself quite all-round. I started my career as a draughtsman, technician, BIM-Engineer and now Project Leader, in short a real practical man. I use a practical but inventive approach.
When designing, the breadth of our field and the constant development of technology particularly appeal to me. This development requires a critical attitude in order not to make installations unnecessarily complex.
This fits perfectly with the design philosophy of Valstar Simonis.
As a basis I enjoyed the MTS, electrotechnical automation technology at the Koning Willem 1 College in 's-Hertogenbosch. In addition, I took various advanced courses, including Project Management and Higher Installation Technology Electrical Engineering (HIT-E) at Avans+, TTVL Air Treatment Technology and professional courses.
In the past, as a designer, I have mainly been involved in the design phases and implementation supervision of various projects in healthcare and utility construction.
Currently, I am closely involved in the development of various industrial halls and perform commissioning work at Schiphol Airport together with colleagues.
