I have been employed by Valstar Simonis since October 2019 in the position of Senior Engineer / BIM modeler Mechanical Installations. And have been in the field for about 13 years now. The choice for installation engineering was an or logical choice as the son of a plumber.
The years before Valstar Simonis I worked at my father's employer as a draughtsman/work planner. I then moved to the world of consulting. Then it started itching again and via secondment I finally joined Valstar Simonis.
As a Technician, I enjoy designing an installation that matches the style of the building. Where space is limited and there are high technical requirements. Furthermore, I enjoy being involved from the start to the end of a project: from EPC to specification drawings.
I received my education at ROC Eindhoven, installation technology. In addition, I have followed various further education/courses, including TVVL plumbing and Revit at Stabicad.
