Phone acquaintance
A CV and motivation letter do not say everything, which is why our HR Officer Jennifer always starts with a short introduction by telephone. She will go through with you where your ambition and wishes lie in the field of work, to make an assessment of whether we can do something for each other. She then introduces you to the organization.
PERSONAL MEETING
We see the first meeting as an introduction. We like to discover who the person behind the CV is and what is important to you in a working relationship. What do you expect from an employer and how can it contribute to your future? You usually have this conversation with a manager of the relevant discipline within the organization and an employee in a similar position or the HR Officer.
INTRODUCTION TO CONTENT
During the second interview, we will discuss the content of the position in more detail, discuss your specific knowledge and experience and share how we think we can apply this within the organization. Of course we are also very curious about the questions you have for us. We investigate whether our visions for the future are compatible and whether there are sufficient starting points to enter into a sustainable working relationship with each other.
DO WE CONTINUE TOGETHER?
We prefer not to let our application procedure take unnecessarily long. When both parties have made a well-considered choice, we are happy to take action; a proposal follows. Depending on the situation, this can be in the form of an employment conditions meeting or a written proposal.
