For over 5 years I have been working for Valstar Simonis in the position of Project Leader Electrical Engineering. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I can call myself pretty all-round. Before joining Valstar Simonis, I gained a lot of experience at a smaller consultant, I am a real hands-on guy. Especially in the field of maintenance of existing buildings, I have a lot of expertise.
In the designs that I create, sustainability and authenticity are high on the agenda; a building should not lose its identity after performing a renovation. These are also themes that fit well with the mission and vision of Valstar Simonis, so I feel like a fish in the water at this club. I get a lot of energy from helping and supporting the people around me, which I do by sharing my acquired knowledge.
I received my education at the Technical College Rijswijk / De Haagse Hogeschool, Electrical Engineering. In addition, I have followed various further education/courses, including Higher Installation Technology Electrical Engineering (HIT-E) at Avans+ and Revit at Ittanex.
Currently I am closely involved in Erread layer of the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam and the Temporary Housing of the Dutch Parliament (Bezuidenhof) in The Hague. I also have a lot of experience in the field of various software packages and gadgets in the field of productivity.
