The corona pandemic made it clear what we already knew: change is the only constant. Valstar Simonis got through this period well. Of course we were shocked and worried about our loved ones and about the impact of the crisis on our company. Fortunately, our clients remained loyal to us. We were allowed to start on beautiful new projects and entered into new collaborations. As if nothing has changed...
But of course a lot changes. Not only because of corona, but in particular from the ever-advancing insight that we need to speed up sustainability. It is still about saving more energy and generating it sustainably. But it is also about the need to design and realize healthy buildings and to make our use of materials circular.
These are big tasks, but it's great to be able to work on them. In this way we as an organization can really be of significance. Our employees also feel this responsibility and we challenge them to make a substantial contribution. Working together on safe, healthy and sustainable buildings: that is our passion.
There are therefore plenty of developments in our industry and there are also plenty of developments in our organization. New colleagues come to strengthen Valstar Simonis, young employees move up, advisors grow up to become branch managers and there is a renewed management team. So yes, we are on the move!
