DESCRIPTION OF THIS PROJECT
Imagine (Parkstad Zuid) is a transformation of an office park, living, facilities and working. The project is part of a larger area development around the new football stadium De Kuip 2.0.
Multifunctional complex
In addition to 296 apartments, there will be pop-up and concept stores, stylish boutiques, creative workspaces, small craft spaces, schools, cafes and restaurants and of course many sports opportunities. In the design of the public space, much attention is also paid to sports and exercise. Think of green avenues, priority for cyclists and pleasant places to stay on the water. Under all this there is space to park the car.
In terms of sanitary and electrical installations, traditional installations are provided, but with a finishing level tailored to the future residents.
Our assignment
The commercial spaces will be delivered hull. The apartments will be equipped with underfloor heating/cooling (with individual control per living room and bathroom) and balanced mechanical ventilation. The heat and cold is supplied by a central installation with heat pumps in combination with an energy storage system with aquifers for the entire development and district heating. Volume controllers are installed in the apartment for ventilation and one or more air handling units with high efficiency (>85%) heat recovery are placed centrally per building.
