I have been working within electrical engineering since 2015. Initially in the position of auxiliary mechanic, then lead mechanic and then in the position of Technician/Chief mechanic small utility projects. In January 2022, I started at Valstar Simonis as an Electrical Engineer.
After completing the course Technician electrical installations housing and utility, I additionally completed the course to NEN 1010 / NEN 3140 inspector electrical installations. With this knowledge combined with my drive to develop further in the field of electrical engineering, I would like to make the difference in the projects and designs of Valstar Simonis. In addition, in the context of continuous development, I am currently taking the HBO Electrical Engineering course.
What appeals to me about working at Valstar Simonis are the application of the 'Big-BIM' methodologies, working independently on designs together with the designers of the other disciplines and the possibility to continuously respond to contemporary innovations within technology.
I am currently engaged in various projects at WUR (Wageningen University & Research), the UMCU in Utrecht and the Technical University of Eindhoven.
