I joined Valstar Simonis in September 2020 and was immediately taken in by my colleagues. Prior to this I worked at a lighting fixture manufacturer, an installation company and a power cable supplier.
The different aspects in a project is what makes the profession so varied, allowing you to learn something new every time. In addition, over time my interest in lighting technology has piqued and I am developing to make it my specialty. Besides functional light, I also find it very interesting to include the design aspect of it.
I received my education at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Elektrotechniek.
I am currently working on the project Eread layer of the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, commissioning Schiphol fire protection and the Temporary Housing of the Dutch Parliament (Bezuidenhof) in The Hague.
When I'm not working, you can find me on the beach volleyball courts both as a player and as a trainer.
