I once started at a predecessor of today's Eneco. For a very long time I have been working with great pleasure as a system administrator at Valstar Simonis. I also occasionally give ICT lessons at an adult institute. My educational background is the Technische Hogeschool Rijswijk (Electrical Engineering), which is now part of the Haagse Hogeschool.
In the world of ICT and technology I really feel at home. The interesting thing about ICT is that it is always changing, so you have to keep up to date and keep developing in this field.
Coming up with good solutions to problems and new software come with that.
As an ICT professional you do not have direct contact with the beautiful projects of Valstar Simonis, but you do have contact with external ICT parties and of course colleagues.
Valstar Simonis has a modern ICT environment and continues to innovate, so keeping track of developments is a must.
