Change of management

Valstar Simonis hereby announces that from October 2020 the management will have a different composition. After many successful years as directors of Valstar Simonis, Wilfried van Mierlo and Jacques Mol have decided to make room for the next generation.

Wilfried and Jacques will continue to use their extensive experience as senior advisors and partners for our clients. In addition, they will use the time to coach our employees and pass on their valuable knowledge.

From October 2020, the Valstar Simonis management team consists of the following people. Theo de Boer will remain active as a senior advisor and partner and will also take on the role of general manager. Karine Minnee will remain responsible for business operations. We are also extremely pleased that Olaf Oosting has joined our team as a new board member and senior sustainability advisor.

Olaf Oosting is an authority in the field of circularity and sustainability. In addition to his knowledge and experience, Olaf is also a board member of the TVVL and thus a driver of innovation and collaboration in our industry.

We see in Olaf Oosting a valuable expansion of our advisory capacity and a driving force that contributes to the ambitions of our organization.

Because Valstar Simonis continues to work on integrated, sustainable partnerships and innovative solutions that contribute to making the built environment more sustainable.

We already wrote in our Valstar Vision; “the only constant is change”. This applies to the technology we work with, the way we collaborate in projects and our organization. In this way we remain an expert and progressive consultancy and engineering bureau for everyone we work with. And a beautiful and pleasant company for our employees.

With Theo, Karine and Olaf, a renewed and versatile management team is ready for the future, preferably in collaboration with you!
