DESCRIPTION OF THIS PROJECT
Along the IJ, next to the EYE Film Institute and the A'dam tower, two iconic buildings are being developed. The first building will house Maritim Amsterdam, a conference hotel of the multi-award winning German hotel chain. The second building will be a residential tower with a wide range of apartments.
Facilitate on 4 star level
The congress center will accommodate two large halls (2.300 and 1.300 visitors) and several smaller halls with a total of 5.000 congress visitors. The linked hotel with 579 luxury rooms (varying from 30 to 340 m2) is large enough to accommodate the majority of conference attendees at a 4-star level.

Our assignment
The approximately 235 apartments, varying in size, from penthouse to starter apartment, all have an outdoor space and a spectacular view over the city.
The unique hotel and residential concept offers a wide range of facilities for both guests and residents. The various bars and restaurants, spectacular wellness and fitness centers, conference facilities and of course the view contribute to the new hot spot of Amsterdam.
